Yoga and breathing
Breathing properly is the basic principle for effective yoga. It should be deep, slow and rhythmic. This increases vitality and mental clarity. Breathing through the nose is the rule of thumb. It brings more oxygen to the blood and brain. Many people breathe through the mouth, which causes low resistance and impairs functioning of vital organs. Do not limit correct breathing to yoga exercises, make it a habit.


Thread and needle –  for lower back pain
1- Thread and needle is a great workout for lower back strain which is severe and disabling, also for leg cramps and sciatic pain.

2- Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air bringing the left calf parallel to the ground.

3- Thread your left hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your right thigh. Hold for 2-3 minutes and repeat on the other side.

 

BONUS TIP
Simple tip for dtrastic weight loss
Just press 3 points on your ear 20 minutes before every meal for 30 seconds and experience drastic weight loss. You can either press the points shown in the pictures one by one or just rub your finger over the three points or pinch them. Remember to apply this on both ears.  Happy weight loss!
